1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CoDriveIT ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, or products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoDriveIT. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property: All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by CoDriveIT or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Property: You retain all rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties may have access to confidential information of the other party. "Confidential Information" includes any non-public information marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. Neither party will disclose the other's Confidential Information to third parties or use it for purposes other than performing under these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available, is independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODRIVEIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoDriveIT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your Content
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by CoDriveIT. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of any third-party websites.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
